I was a bit skeptical before buying this book, normally books on self-defense are quite boring and not really realistic. I bought it after a friend suggested it and looking at their website, I have been attacked few weeks ago and I was desperate to find out something that can help. Well, I am more than impressed, utter brilliant.The book is quite thick, lots of pages, but all techniques are explained in a simple and effective way. It really covers everything and it is very well printed. I can't really fault it, I can only recommend it to anyone without any doubt. Ten out of ten!
